Celtech Consultancy|Home Celtech Consultancy Ltd operates as an independent company and gained Corporate Approved Inspector status in September 2004. Our directors as a collective hold over four decades of experience within the industry. We act as an alternative to using your local authority building control and our primary objective is to provide an exceptional, customer focused and cost effective Building Regulation Approval service. We have a comprehensive understanding of the commercial pressures facing our clients, and our services are engineered towards minimising these pressures whilst accepting our share of the risk. Quite simply we work as a local network of surveyors, this enables us to provide our clients with a high level of service and fast response times wherever the project is located within Wales and England. Our dedicated team of surveyors are fully qualified Building Control Surveyors with a broad range of skills and in depth understanding of the design and construction process.
